Matar Rose
The wine was produced from 85% Grenach grapes and 15% Counoise grapes. The source of the grapes in the Upper Galilee. The harvest is manual and is done early in the harvest season, in order to maintain the freshness of the fruit and a high level of acidity. A clean and fresh wine, characterized by aromas and flavors of raspberries, grapefruit and citrus blossoms.
