Two sides to a spicy margarita
My Tel-Avivian side loves spicy flavors and the sectarian love to suffer.
All roads lead to my love for a good spicy margarita.
A perfect mix of sweet and sour with a little and a lot of burning hot,
it was kind of my official summer cocktail.
Beyond tequila, orange liqueur and lime, there are countless recipes for this simple margarita concept.
Here are two spicy versions for everyone who likes to suffer and enjoy together
burning bush
60 ml tequila
20 ml juice Lyme fresh
15 ml liqueur Chartreuse green
15 ml juice pineapple
15 ML who will Sugar (1:1)
9 drops bitter Aromatic / Angostura
9 drops sauce Tabasco green
Tools : Shaker and strainer
Decoration : wheel Lyme
in a shaker with ice add all the ingredients. Shake and filter into a double Old fashion glass on ice and add decorations, Spicy!

Quarter pepper chili chopped ( chocolate better )
30 ml tequila
30 ml Mezcal
25 ml fresh juice Lime
20 ml agave
1/2 oz. Rice Infusion
Tools : shaker, strainer
In a shaker, crush the chili, add all the ingredients and ice, shake and filter into a double Old Fashion glass on ice and add decorations
Decoration : Rub a wegde of lemon on the rim of your glass and dip in Salt
Decoration : Lime wedge and a slice ofchili
