Picking up your order from our Dizengoff location is by appointment only

All of our products are considered shelf stable and do not need to be chilled for storage before opening, but after opening it is recommended to keep our products in a cool and shady place 


The cocktails' expiration date before they are opened is written on the product and ranges from 3 to 12 months.

Our 200ml bottles contain a large portion size for an individual. Our 500ml bottles contain around 3-4 cocktail servings.
The cocktails are fresh and prepared on a daily basis. The recipes are originally made by the mixologist, Yotam Shilo.
Our drinks are made with top-shelf alcohol and the highest quality syrups, jams, and fruit juices, all of which are prepared on-site.
In order to complete the experience, we include in our deliveries a package of dried decorations that we prepare on-site-- free of charge!
We have a lot of boxes to choose from. The ones that are pre-packed you cannot change. If you'd like to choose and create your own box you can go to our bundle builder
Each cocktail comes with a decoration specially matched it. Of course, even when the cocktail is part of a box, each box will come with all the decorations.

We reach all regions of the country, from kibbutz Dan to Eilat!

You can order a delivery with an external company and arrange a self-pickup with us from our branches at either Dizengoff 117, Tel Aviv, or Hagana 25, Rishon Lezion.
When picking up the order, the courier is required to provide us with an order number and the customer's full name so that we can deliver the order to him.
Please note, Spicehaus is not responsible for the delivery and its condition from the moment it leaves our branches.
Additionally, Spicehaus will not be involved with external delivery shipment fees and will be the customer's responsibility. 
If the price of the order at the time of the purchase includes Spicehaus shipping fees, the original total shipping fees of Spicehaus will be deducted from the total amount of the order (regardless of the external shipping fees).

If the courier arrived at the destination address but there was no response from the customer, we will send the shipment again without additional payment after contacting the customer.
If the second time the courier arrives at the destination and there is no response from the customer, the shipment will return to us and you can pick it up from one of our branches by prior arrangement or pay for additional shipping, depending on the shipping area.
If the customer authorizes the courier to leave the products outside, the company will not hold any responsibility for any damages and/or losses or other indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused to the delivery as a result.
If you want to change the delivery address or delivery date, you must contact our customer service within an hour of completing the order and during business hours.
Our customer service is available Sunday-Friday from 10:00 am to 11:30 pm and on Saturday from 12:30 pm to 11:30 pm. You can message us on WhatsApp or call us at 03-5185904.
If you make a purchase after the call center's operating hours and you wish to make a change to the order, you can contact customer service up to around an hour after the purchase by emailing support@spicehaus.shop, and the email will be answered during the call center's operating hours.
You can change the address up to 2 business days from the date of delivery. You can change the delivery date up to 2 business days from the initial delivery date.

In the event of a defective product, the customer can ship the item back and coordinate a new delivery, free of charge, according to the shipping times that our customer service reps offer and according to the specific distribution area.
