The story behind the cocktail

One of the most famous cocktails in the cocktail scene. Dirty Martini has received a special addition with olive oil from Mashek Fatura, which adds a new touch to it and takes a technique called Fat wash, used by gourmet bartenders, in which alcohol is frozen together with oil, in this case olive oil in gin. After a stay of a few days, the gin is filtered, and the frozen olive oil remains in the container while the alcohol liquefies. The alcohol absorbs the texture and aroma of the olive oil and creates an opportunity for a dirty martini without olive water and deeper. The history of the cocktail goes back to the 90s, and now at Spicehouse it gets a refreshing innovation that invites the tasters to rediscover its alcoholism.
