King's Cellar Rosé - Kosher for Passover
A dry rosé wine, produced from cabernet franc and grenache grapes from vineyards in the lowlands and on the Carmel slopes. After gentle squeezing, the must is fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks to obtain a wine with a delicate pink hue, and aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and citrus blossoms. The wine has a medium body and balanced acidity.
